    Farm Kitchen Tea Biscuits

    I have often found that those recipes which contain the least ingredients, are, in fact, the most difficult to make well. For years I have been attempting (yes, attempting) to make croissants. I made them correctly just once, and I am sure that was a fluke, because it has never been repeated. And just look at that ingredient list: butter, flour, milk, yeast, and salt. That’s it. And somehow I mess it up. Each. And. Every. Time. (Well, except that once.) These biscuits are like that.
