    Oh Zucchini, how we love to hate you!

    There are many Zucchini found in and around the Farm these days and even the Farmer’s Wife is having difficulty coming up with ways to prepare them. There’s the bread (of course) both with blueberries and lemon and without. There’s sauteed with a bit of butter and topped with fresh herbs. There’s stuffed, zoodled, and grilled (actually, the zoodling isn’t too bad). Finally, the pigs and chickens have had (more than) there share. But, above all things the Farmer’s Wife hates waste, so she is determined to find a new and wonderful way to (hide) zucchini into all the wonderful meals made here on the Farm. And here is what…
